Has anyone found a way to have hyperlinks show in a different color? On my screen they are impossible to see unless I mouse over

The best fix I have found so far for the "hidden hyperlink" issue - is to manually change the text color within the hyperlink tag, that way the text can be whatever color you like.

Here is an example of what I mean.

It does not color links automatically anymore, though they are underlined if you mouse directly over...

We use HostGator for hosting of this site. This might be what's causing the blockage.

There's not too much that we can do about categorization from our end - this may change as our site traffic grows. Sadly, it probably depends mostly on the rules set your company is using for their firewall.

If it's not super-weird, you could request that gapfs.org be whitelisted. Tongue

I'm getting an odd bug and it isn't the first time. I have replied to this thread twice. http://gapfs.org/forum/showthread.php?tid=10 and both times the thread says the last post was mine and was x minutes ago. But I can't see my posts. (Andrew deleted the extra one for me.)

This happened a couple of weeks ago when someone else posted. A few hours later their post finally appeared. I gave no clue what could cause it. I'm using my home computer, Windows 10, and Firefox but not Chrome.

Edit: And this message shows up just fine for me.

Just as additional information (which always helps when troubleshooting), both seemed to be when a post was creating a new page of posts.

How did we all end up with so many stars? I have 5 and a bunch of people have 6. I thought they were reflective of our GM stars (I only have 2).

I don't think they are reflective of that. At least not now.

Stars were reflecting number of posts/moderator status. Have removed all stars and will be setting up a method to show PFS GM stars. Now we'll have to figure out how Starfinder GM stars will be depicted...

Recommend that we either show a sum of the two or just don't bother with Starfinder GM stars for now.

GM Stars have been implemented.

Your profile data should now be displaying the number of stars that you have reported in the Do You Have GM Stars thread.

Something that came up this weekend: when people are looking at the site on a mobile device (or ipad), the calendar doesn't appear. There's not even any indication that it's missing - it just seems like the site has no calendar and no way to find it. The way around this is to dig into the preferences and change it to tell the site to use the normal web settings (i.e. non-mobile optimized), even while on a mobile device. But it's not easy to find this and many people won't even think to look. It would be much better imho if we could make the non-mobile version of the site the default for everyone. I don't know if that's an option or not, but I know this tripped me up quite a bit when I first started using the site. And this weekend I ran into a returning player who had been away for about a year, who expressed bafflement - since he wasn't looking at the site on a computer at all, he never saw the calendar at all, and had just concluded that there wasn't one.
