You're given credits to buy the album in the scenario - also credits from each mission in The Commencement.
Just about every mission gives you a credstick.
The boon for the album is effectively free and then traded for a more functional boon
that will likely come up in a later scenario. It's only worth the cash if you cashed it in
on the commencement chronicle.
