Starfinder Second Edition Playtest Adventure: A Cosmic Birthday

A nascent cosmic entity stirs deep within one of the Pact Worlds planets. To aid the god’s birth, its most devoted followers search the Ghost Levels of Absalom Station for a sufficient power source—a strange pocket dimension existing alongside the hub of the Pact Worlds. As the entity’s emergence sends ripples across space time, a group of heroes becomes trapped in the Ghost Levels! A Cosmic Birthday is a complete Starfinder Second Edition Playtest adventure for 1st-level characters written by Jenny Jarzabski, and features fan-favorite Starfinder creatures updated to Second Edition, all-new cosmic horrors, and a mix of classic dungeon crawling and narrative-rich sandbox adventures. This adventure is designed to introduce the Starfinder Second Edition Playtest rules, giving players like you a chance to shape the new edition through feedback surveys about your playtest experience! Starfinder Playtest Scenario #4: Rescue at Shimmerstone Mine

A Starfinder Second Edition Playtest adventure designed for 15th-level characters.
Mined on the frigid planet of Vesk-8, shimmerstone is a psychically active crystalline ore known to have a calming effect on emotions. After a wave of powerful cosmic energy ripples across the galaxy, shimmerstone changes, suddenly becoming unstable as it resonates with the psychic cries of a strange new god.

All across Vesk-8, shimmerstone mines suffer disaster after disaster. While many corporations react with attempts to sweep these events under the metaphorical rug, Shim-Tek desperately seeks outside agents to visit their shimmerstone mine, investigate the disturbance, and rescue any imperiled miners still on site.

Tyche's Games, will host Pathfinder, Second Edition, Organized Play gaming on Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 12-5pm. Please show Tyche's some love with your patronage for exciting in-game effects or display your genuine Paizo/Pathfinder swag and get a re-roll or other fabulous benefits.
 
Low/No Contact Event: Sign-in sheets and chronicle sheets will be completed and distributed digitally. 

Going forward, we intend to run one table of PFS2, SFS, or PFS1 scenario per session, usually on the third Saturday of each month from 12-5pm.
 
For January 18, 2025, we offer a scenario from the newest, Sixth Season of Pathfinder Society, Second Edition for characters Level 1-4. Don't worry if you do not have a character, Remaster pre-generated Characters will be available.

Scenario: Pathfinder Society Intro: Year of Boundless Wonder

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for 1st- through 4th-level characters.


Wonder abounds! The Pathfinder Society's vaults have suddenly recieved a huge treasure trove of precious items from around the world and beyond. Much remains mysterious about these objects, from their origins to the reason the trove's original owner was so desperate to be rid of it. A group of novice agents has the opportunity to explore the troves' wonders for themselves, but not all is as it seems. After being drawn into an otherworldly realm, they must use their wits and fight to escape with their lives!

Intro: Year of Boundless Wonder is the introduction to the plot of the Year of Boundless Wonder. This scenario presents treasures, characters, and themes that will feature in Year 4's metaplot, and so it is is a natural starting point for players looking to jump into the action.

Friday Night Fights is tied up, with a festive bow - and running a new scenario with Pathfinder, Second Edition ONLINE on Friday, December 27, 2024 at 7:00pm. 

We generally intend to run one PFS2 or SFS Scenario per online session - occasionally on fourth Friday evenings from 7:00pm to around midnight.
 
For December 27, 2024, we offer a brand new scenario from the Sixth season of Pathfinder Society, Second Edition adventures for characters Level 3-6. Pre-generated Iconic Characters will be available for the VTT.

We'll be doing 2 Pathfinder Quests (Series 2) with a little festivity in the middle. These quests run in 2-3 hours and award 2xp each, so together they equal a regular Society scenario.

Dragon Star Hobbies is  rolling along.  We'll be doing monthly games, usually on the 2nd Sunday.
