Character builder tools - reevos - 01-19-2025 Putting a list together for anyone looking for online tools. Curious what everyone is using if you're not doing pen and paper. pathbuilder2e.com Pathbuilder (android/Web/iOS coming soon) https://herolab.online/ Herolab (Web) https://wanderersguide.app/ Wanderer's Guide (Web) Patfindernexus.com (Web) Let me know if I missed anything RE: Character builder tools - Abraham Z - 01-19-2025 I use Herolab but not because I especially love it. The old version for 1e was awesome for character building but the new 2e version not so much. And it's expensive. I'll likely move to one of these other options when I get around to it. Also, it's not really a character builder, but the resource I use the most when thinking about building a character is good old Archives of Nethys. Not sure if that should be listed in your poll or not but it's the tool I find most helpful when I'm asking questions like: 'what occult spells should my bard have in his repertoire?' or 'what items are available to boost my Diplomacy skill?'. RE: Character builder tools - Eric - 01-23-2025 I clicked on herolab by accident lol. I use Pathbuilder for android. The newly revised Wanderers Guide is good too. I also use the Pathbuilder encounter builder all the time in my home games: https://pathbuilder2e.com/beta/encounters.html |
