I noticed that in the AP, Hybeki and Xavra had abnormally high AC's. This has been errata'd as per my query to the game developer, Jason Keeley. Here is the thread.

I am halfway through this fight as the GM for my party right now. I am shocked with how much power this boss has. Funny that the first thread I find when I search the problem is a GAPFS thread! It is insanely high, unfortunately the Paizo Forums are down right now so I can't see the thread.

They reduced it, I don't remember by how much, and that page did not yet make it into the internet archive.
