No, you can't join it halfway. He has to play it in a full slot. The only way it can be done is if the entire group does it in two parts and
freezes the characters in between.

As Perry pointed out you can join a run through part way through. The pertinent rules are posted with the chronicle sheet.
"Players who do not complete each game session earn 1/3 fewer credits, 1 fewer XP, 1 fewer Reputation, and 1 fewer Fame for each session missed. This also applies to players who join later sessions; they receive 1/3 fewer credits, 1 fewer XP, 1 fewer Reputation, and 1 fewer Fame for each session missed " If Perry as gms declares that before 4.30 is one session and after 4.30 is another session then there are no rules saying he is wrong. Also let Glen play if he wants to he doesn't get enough opportunities.

It's actually up to Daniel since he booked the game day and is reporting it.

Glen can't go back and finish the AP book.  His reporting sheet is final.
