It's that time of year again! Only six months until the holidays!
That means it's time to start planning our 2018 Holiday Party. Here are some firm details:
When: First weekend in December.
Where: Fort Yargo State Park, Group Shelter B
This year we are expanding the scope of the 'convention' to include:
- 8-99C PFS Special;
- One potluck dinner with a community kitchen throughout the event;
- Two full days of events.
So, here's something we need from you - how do you want the official weekend activities scheduled:
Friday, November 30 and Saturday, December 1 - because I want to recover from all the FUN on Sunday.
Saturday, December 1 and Sunday, December 2 - because I have to work Friday.

Would anyone like to suggest a blast from the past PFS storyline they'd like to see presented in whole or in part over the course of this event?
I'm pretty sure its SFS analogue will be the Year of the Scoured Stars core SFS storyline.

Probably not. The only likely special will be 8-99C.

I would like to request a slot as a GM for 8-99C, due to I expect to have already played it by that point.

The best predictor of the 'plan' here would be past identical events.
As all-in event, expect current content from preempted venue schedules.
As off peak convention, definitely 8-99C.
Thematically, there'd probably be 'plot' tracks of linked scenarios for both PFS and SFS.

Bumping this comment as decisions will be made soon.
If no one has a suggestion for a two to four scenario story arc, I'll just start looking for something in Season 9 and work backward.
