I don't see any mention of plasticware (spoons, forks, etc.). Will any of the food require it?

Probably - I just added that to my shopping list, so I'll be getting some today.

Did you end up getting them? I'm planning to stop for paperware in the morning and can pick up plasticware at the same time.
