Howdy and welcome. The closest venues for Dalton are probably going to be Hobbytown in Kennesaw and Gigabites in Marietta. Both have regular and lively games. She can sign up to play in their respective subforums. If your friend isn't familiar with PFS there are plenty of folks on here (or in person at those venues) who can answer any questions she may have.
