9/23 - SPECIAL - 1-99: The Scoured Stars Invasion

I would like to reserve the last three slots at Table 2 for myself (Corey) and 2 friends (Avi and James). Can I do that, or do they need to join this forum and announce their own intentions? Also, this is the first time for all three of us. We have PFS/SFS numbers, and at least two of us will be creating new characters (the third may use a pregen). Since this is our first time, I would appreciate if you could kind of gently walk us through what we need to do to get all signed up.
