Details on switching your faction to Concordance.

If during this time you play a scenario that includes a Concordance faction-specific objective and reward, you may switch to this faction at the end of the scenario and potentially earn that reward. This allows a PC to experience what the Concordance values firsthand, make an informed choice, and switch to the faction without missing out on the reward.

That's a nice touch.  It makes for an interesting conundrum, if no one is Concordance at the start of the scenario, then how does anyone trigger the option to actually active the Faction Mission portion of the briefing?  I understand as a GM how I could do it, but is it legal?  I would assume so, for purposes of promoting the new faction.

Yeah, it's really a chicken and egg situation.  We just decided ahead of the scenario to let people switch either before or after because of the boon. 

If nobody switched, I was going to give them the mission anyway.
