Your morning options are:
1-37: Beggar's Pearl (1-7)
5-14: Day of the Demon (3-7)
8-23: Graves at Crystalmaw Pass (3-7)
I will not be able to prep the higher level stuff. I need to know which of those 3 you want run ASAP. If the point was to make a table for Katherine to be able to play at, I think that leaves Day of the Demon as the only option of those 3.
I will still be running 9-03: On the Border of War (5-9) in the afternoon slot.
