Marietta the Gathering occurs on March 4, 2023, in Historic Marietta Square from 10 am - 8 pm. The City of Marietta Department of Parks and Recreation has invited us to participate. We need GMs for this event.
There are 2 time slots: 10-3 & 3-8.
In each time slot, we're looking for 7 GMs and 1 HQ person.
These are the scenarios or session types being offered:
Menace under Otari (both upper and lower) from the PF2 Beginner Box
Steel Talon's Lair from the SF Beginner Box
2 tables of "Build & Play" with 2-3 hours of character creation followed by either a Bounty of the GM's choice or an Intro scenario (if it will not run longer than the time allotment)
2 tables of Quests/Bounties on Demand (a full 5-hour slot commitment from each GM is requested).

I'd like to have volunteer slots closed by January 15, however, I can extend to February 15 at the absolute latest.
Player registration and sign-ups will open on February 4, though I expect more walk-up traffic than pre-registration.
