Yes, this looks like a low-tier table. I am bringing a brand new player with me who created a level 1 monk (Julian).
I will be playing my level 3 Inquisitor. (Although I could also bring the level 1 Alchemist pregen if needed - this is the class I am planning on exploring next.)
