Abraham mentioned [url]https://www.pfstracker.net[/url] in the old forum. I checked it out and it is incredibly useful. Registration is swift. You don't even need to confirm your e-mail. The interface is simple and easy to use. All of the seasons, quests, adventure paths, and modules are on it. You just click next to something to indicate played, played core, GMed, and GMed core.
You can add characters. Though you can only list name, class, number, level, faction, and current XP.

But that isn't the best part. It has a search area where you can put in multiple PFS #s and it will as a default display what none of them have played yet. And it is very customizable.

But like any database it is greedy for info. It is a fantastic tool for organizers to choose what to run but only if the player base uses this.

Let's help out our hard working organizers and spread the word.

And be sure to keep it updated. Step 1. Go to the bookmark of your profile. Step 2 go to season you played/GMed. Step 3. Check the appropriate box. And done.

I wholeheartedly agree, in spite of initial skepticism.

I had a background project for a while where I had a master spreadsheet with multiple players' histories on it, but this has convinced me that I should just abandon that effort.

My only caution is that if our recent experience with our forums has taught us anything, it's that you should probably still keep a paper (or other) reference record somewhere else so that if disaster strikes you're never stuck trying to reproduce a play/GM history from your Chronicles.

My personal routine is 1. file chronicle with character, 2. log play/gm credit on paper checklist, 3. update electronic log at pfstracker.net.

Worst case scenario, if all data on pfstracker.net is lost you should be able to pull your history from your Paizo.com profile for your ID. It's not perfect, but it's as good as we get from the people reporting the games.

Frankly, the loss of the forums would have taken out a significant amount of my play history if it hadn't coincided with the post from Abraham, as I went through and tracked everything in the PFSTracker database like a week or two before the crash.

Just entered my data as well. Very cool! Just for fun I did a search for Scenarios(only) that Abraham, Caleb, Edward and I can all still play together. There were 6 Matches:
0-20 King Xeros of Old Azlant (Edward has played Core)
0-27 Our Lady of Silver (Edward has played Core)
1-38 No Plunder, No Pay
4-23 Rivalry's End
Bonekeep 2 and 3

For anyone still on the fence about this, for scheduling the next game day at My Parents Basement, I searched for 1-5 scenarios that none of our regulars had played. I got a list and it took me 10 seconds to find something on the list that I had already played. Made choosing a scenario for the game day very fast and easy. But of course it's only as effective if the player base uses it.

Finally got my data in and figured things out. Was really easy for me since my personal tracker is structured almost the same way (and I will probably keep updating my personal one in case this website ever corrupts/goes down).
