1-02 has no tags.
1-03 is tagged Starship and Wayfinder faction. This means it has additional related to the wayfinder faction - and you can get rep with that faction as well as your slotted boon faction.

Or in addition to the normal slotted, i.e. by slotting a Wayfinder faction boon, you can earn as much as a total of 3 rep with the faction for the scenario.
