Unorthodox Solarian weapon locations

So at level 1 you pick the manifestation of your melee weapon as a solarian. they also list various options for it including just swinging around a big rune symbol.

So my question is, would a solarian weapon that is a manifested as a weapon mounted on the legs be possible?

I think Sanji would be a perfectly appropriate example of a Solarian. As long as you make him a cook.
