Announcing the
GAPFS Christmas Party - cancelled due to lack of interest
It's too soon, we'll try again next year.
When: Sunday Dec 12 2021
Where: Ft Yargo State Park, Shelter B
Time: 10AM - 5PM
We're casually going to work our way back into live gaming.
Current format is:
1 slot of gaming (4-5 tables) then a potluck/hangout. Tiff has graciously agreed to coordinate the potluck.
Seeking GMs to schedule tables. PM me here or on Discord and I'll set your table up on Warhorn.
The site will open when I get the key around 9:45 AM, I need to turn the key back in by 9:45 PM.
You do not have to game to attend, but we ask that you not distract the tables too much during the games.
The event itself is free, but the site requires the purchase of a parking pass for $5 at the park office, and
they do check.
Covid related stuff: We're not going to ask your vaccination status or ask for a clean test. However,
we do ask you to mask if you are not vaccinated, and to please stay home if you are feeling truly unwell.
(we do realize there are allergy issues with it being an outdoors site)
Honor system folks.
