They are working on revising the Fitting enchantment for PFS to close the tiny armor loophole.

(I have banned the Fitting enchantment from my home games in light of this FAQ)

Yeah, seems clear from the discussion at paizo that it's going to get banned or some kind of campaign clarification. Too much discussion about gaming the system by buying Tiny Fitting armor.
