Major Changes:
- Character flaws are explicitly banned
- Faction goals are updated
- Datafiles Capstone: You can now transfer any vanity boon
- SEASON BOON (YEAR OF SCOURED STARS)
- Gave the Master Crafter feat a purpose
- Added the 5 nova Rubrick
- Changes to Partial credit rules for APs

For now. This is a player-based boon. It can be applied to _any_ character. There is only one version of this boon per player (Playing or GMing ). You also apply the effect IMMEDIATELY and it does not grow if you later collect more (choose activation time wisely).
