Happy to report that I've earned my 3rd star.
Sad to report that it was earned GM-ing the first part of Eyes of the Ten and there was not a single PC death.
Mollified to report that the lack of PC deaths was the result of 23 channels, 3 heals, 6 restorations, 5 lesser restorations, 23 negative levels, 1 breath of life, and the life oracle taking 856 points of damage.

Just to show that things in PFS 1st Edition aren't completely dead, I have just reported my 60th table to earn my third GM star.
Thanks to the guys in my home game group for showing a lot of patience.
