Since I'm wait listed on every game I was eligible for, uh... I guess I can ask if there's anything I can do to help otherwise?

RE: GAPFS Holiday Party 2018 - pgfrix - 11-30-2018

Registration is now closed; any changes to schedule will now be processed with paper signups on site.

Open seats are still available for most PFS and SFS slots.

You aren't waitlisted on the game I'm running Sunday morning.

I don't know if I can be there Sunday. I only have transport Saturday. I'll sit off to the side I guess in case an opening comes. Maybe I can find a corner or something.

Just a quick clarification. Warhorn states start time on Saturday is 8am while on here it states 11am. Which is correct?

RE: GAPFS Holiday Party 2018 - Abraham Z - 12-01-2018

Wondering the same thing. Could someone please post a clarification?

RE: GAPFS Holiday Party 2018 - Abraham Z - 12-01-2018

Ok, I think I figured out what happened. For some reason, warhorn (on my computer, but not on my phone) listed the session times in GMT-8 (i.e. West Coast time), making it look like the first session starts at 8 am tomorrow, when it's really supposed to be 11. Correct?

Assuming that's correct, I'll no longer be able to come to the early session (so Henry can have my spot in 8-03 Captives of Toil), but would like to play in What Prestige is Worth in the evening session. It's not letting me sign up (presumably warhorn has been closed?) but hopefully if I show up I'll be able to grab the last spot in that game. Please consider this as me signing up for it. Thx.

Yeah. 11am start

RE: GAPFS Holiday Party 2018 - pgfrix - 12-03-2018

Event has been fully reported.  Time zone issues were isolated and noted for future reference.  Non-food supplies will be inventoried for future utilization shortly.

At the risk of being gauche, the adjusted cash donation take for the event (including overage from last year's event) amounted to a non-trivial gap of about $80, so please contact me if you are comfortable with making a further cash donation.

Thank you all for coming out, GMing, cooking, and just being a part of the Athens-Atlanta gaming community.  There were some great tables at this year's event, and as always, so...much...food.
