Please note, if you are new to using WarHorn for event registration you will have to both a. set up an account with the WarHorn site, and b. use that account to register for the event. At that point and only at that point will your request will be submitted to the event organizer for approval.

Please note the following:
Georgia State Parks charge a day use/parking fee of $5 for typical passenger vehicles. You can pay that fee at the main park entrance ranger station, or drop cash at a station near Group Shelter B.
GAPFS will make an effort to reserve parking immediately adjoining Group Shelter B for guests with mobility difficulties; please respect the traffic cordons.
Donations to defray the cost of venue are greatly appreciated; please contact Perry Frix in that regard.

Public registrations for this event are now live; please see the link above to the WarHorn site.
If you are registered as a GM for this event and would like comped scenarios as convention support from Paizo, please PM me or email with the following information before Saturday, November 4, 2017:
- Your Real Name;
- The email address associated with your Paizo account;
- The primary Forum Username associated with your Paizo account.
I make no guarantees regarding the timely delivery of comped scenarios, so please be prepared to acquire them on your own if the response time for convention support is inadequate.
The default assumption is that all GMs who volunteer for this event will provide an adequate number of Chronicles for your players and any other supplies needed to run their table. I will provided standardized table trackers to expedite reporting.

I do not, unfortunately, get any discounts on shelter rentals as far as I can tell. Only the overnight facilities like the yurts.

To the extent that my opinion matters, I have no strong take. I think that's a call for the players who reserve seats at the table.
