The ability to post on the Calendar eludes me. I used to be able to just click on a day and it would allow me to post there.
Also the calendar does not show up as navigable way. To get to it I need to put (gapfs.or/forum/calendar.php) in as my url.
I know there is an obvious solutions to this stuff, but after fooling with it I think it easier to swallow my pride and ask for help.
Can someone please advise?

Morning,

It has come to the attention of your Venture Officers that we have issues with compliance with the Community Standards governing the various Organized Play campaigns. This is not to point a finger at any one individual as all of us in the PFS/SFS community are responsible for making the gaming environment in our venues safe and fun. Conduct that violates these standards makes gaming difficult for our players and GMs as well as making it difficult to attract and retain new players. Given that we know we have a problem, this is how we are going to fix it:

1. Every player and GM needs to review the section on Community Standards. This section is found in the various Roleplaying Guides governing each campaign. The specific passage that is important is this: "Inappropriate conduct includes, but is not limited to, the excessive use of foul language, physical or verbal aggressionor intimidation, lewd conduct, inappropriate physical contact,unwelcome sexual attention, slander, stalking, and  harassment ordiscrimination based on gender, gender identity and expression,age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size,
   race, ethnicity, or religion."
   
2. Players, GMs, and VOs should feel free to make a complaint regarding violations of the Community Standards. We encourage at least a warning to the offender before making the complaint, but use your best judgement on this issue.
   
3. For excessive, habitual, or escalating violations of the Community Standards, we will be issuing refusals of participation as described in the various Guides.
   

Dragon Star Hobbies is the place to be on most 2nd and 4th Sundays with the occasional Saturday Special thrown in.
 
Please show Dragon Star some love with your patronage for exciting in game effects or display your genuine Paizo/Pathfinder swag and get a re-roll.

Those new to the Pathfinder Society are free to bring a character made under the PFS rules or to simply come and play one of the pre-generated characters that we will have at the event.   
 
If you would like to participate, please reply to this post with: your name, the scenario you would like to play, your character class, and your level (color commentary is also encouraged).  Walk-ins are welcome and we will always do our best to accommodate, but if you reserve a slot you will be guaranteed a spot to play.

All! This is the thread for the Free RPG Day 2020 at Level Up Games. We will be working with the store to get this scheduled, and as we know more about what will be available, we will update this post with more information.

They have updated the dates for the Free RPG Day so it is now July 25th, 2020.

Due to my schedule, I will only be able to run 1 slot. If there are more GMs interested, maybe we could schedule more.

Everyone will need to wear masks, and we will need to social distance.
