The Needler pistol states that is can be loaded with drugs, injury poison or medicinal compound.  Does anyone know if it is legal if SFS to use a healing serum in the gun?  I know the gun does 1d4 damage and the healing serum does 1d8 hp of healing.  I could see this being used as a way to stabilize a person from a distance if you couldn't get to them.

With a new generation of Starfinders already accomplishing great deeds within the Pact Worlds and beyond, First Seeker Luwazi Elsebo is ready to announce the Starfinder Society's next initiative that will define her tenure. The PCs attend a gathering at the Lorespire Complex to socialize with several visiting dignitaries, each instrumental in the Society's survival following the Scoured Stars Incident. Nothing is as it seems, though, and when Radaszam, leader of the Acquisitives faction, uncovers a plot against the First Seeker, the PCs need to step in and ensure the Society's public event doesn't end in disaster!

Content in The First Mandate also contributes to the ongoing goals of the Acquisitives and Second Seekers (Luwazi Elsebo) factions. Content in this scenario also contributes to the ongoing Year of Scoured Stars storyline

As much as one hears rumor and innuendo about the viability of Heavy Weapons / Advanced Melee Envoys, I've yet to see any explicit builds on any of the boards.  Purportedly it self-buffs to do damage on par with Soldier, and makes its one attack per round count.  I am, however, skeptical that these claims of damage parity bear out in Org Play levels (1-12).

The template for the Vesk 'Ambassador' is hypothetically the designers' version of this character concept.

Anyone have thoughts and/or citations from other sources?

Starfinder Society Special #1-00: Claim to Salvation
A Starfinder Society Roleplaying Guild designed for 4th-level pregenerated characters. NON-REPEATABLE

Following the disastrous Scoured Stars Incident, the Starfinder Society fights to remain relevant as the rest of the galaxy moves on. With surviving agents stretched to their limits, the First Seeker launches a desperate bid to search the false moon of Salvation's End. Will the mission reveal a discovery that can stabilize the Society long enough for a new generation of Starfinders to come to the fore? Players use 4th-level versions of the Starfinder iconic characters in this debut special event of the Starfinder Society Roleplaying Guild.
