I can't make the event, but I have power strips available. If anybody lives or works near Norcross/Peachtree Corners, I can hand them off.

It appears we will need Ice and some drinks. I'll bring some. Is 20lbs enough, or should I bring 30, do you think?

Let's go for some ice, and any 2Ls you'd like.  Let me update some of the drink situation.
