I'm skeptical.  I want to see how it handles DR.

That said, cautiously optimistic about overall slate of content in Ultimate Wilderness.

How do monks break the natural attack rules?

Improved Unarmed Strike counts them as armed - which allows them to disarm without a modifier, get free iterative attacks with what is essentially a natural attack.

So with natural attacks on a shifter you probably won't get iterative attacks, but you'd keep up with the monk at early levels.   Well, unless they only get one
claw or some limiting factor early on.
