Warhorn - LokiTheWanderer - 10-08-2020

From the OP VO Server Announcements channel on Discord, directly from Tonya:

Tonya OPM (she/her)10/02/2020

Org Play is leaning into a partnership with Warhorn. There are several changes coming up, including some Paizo branding on the Warhorn site and including a direct link from Society pages to Warhorn.  We encourage any group not using Warhorn to consider migrating your game scheduling to this platform to attract eyeballs to your event.

RE: Warhorn - Abraham Z - 10-09-2020

Good to know. Any of the folks who are organizing online games currently have any plans to do this?

RE: Warhorn - LokiTheWanderer - 10-09-2020

I started putting mine on Warhorn when I scheduled for tomorrow, but that was before Tonya made her statement since I wanted to get more players.

What's your Warhorn link, Joel? I can't play tomorrow but I'll subscribe so I hopefully don't miss future games.

This is the one I’ve created for my area

Perfect. I also just replied to your earlier email, Joe. Sorry that I just saw it.

https://warhorn.net/events/gapfs-athens-online

This is the Warhorn landing page created for Athens Lodge events. Event specifics are concurrently posted on Paizo/gapfs.

The local community and a steady trickle of new-comers are regularly finding and filling tables for Athens Lodge events via co-posts on Paizo/gapfs.org. As long as this familiar method remains fun and functional for event attendees, I will continue to manage sign-ups for tables here on the Forums.

Warhorn will, as ever, be used for larger, multitable events and for one-off Society games falling outside of the schedule of regular Athens events. Such events can/will be cross-posted on Paizo, gapfs, and on Warhorn.
